The theme of International Day of Radiology 2023 was “Patient Safety.”
This theme emphasizes the importance of the professional role, maintaining the efficiency of health care system. The event was held in the august presence of Dean, Dr. A. Aravind along with RMO, Dr. Saravanan, and Vice Principal, Dr. Satish.
Event began with lamp lighting and garlanding the photograph of WC Roentgen followed by Cake cutting.
Felicitation was done to Dean, RMO and Vice principal. Event had a lecture on Biological Effects of Radiation and patient safety highlighting the theme of the year.
